STRUCTURE & PERSONNEL

The Larnaca District Development Agency is constituted by the following departments:

1) Accounts Department
2) European Programmes Department
3) European Social Fund Department
4) Rural Development Department

The Departments of the Agency are staffed with scientific personnel who disposes the appropriate know-how and experience; therefore they can carry out the difficult task that corresponds to them. A very important element of the personnel is the teamwork spirit in which they cooperate. Additionally, very essential is the fact that the personnel of the Agency is constituted by scientists which are specialized in different fields of study.

From the foundation of the Larnaca District Development Agency up to today, the human resource is a very crucial element for the Agency, since the achievement of its goals and objectives demands specialized and experienced scientists.

The criteria of the human resource which determine the policy of the Agency are the following:
- Exploitation of the scientific human resource of the district of Larnaca
- Attraction and exploitation of experienced scientific personnel which would be able to contribute in the production of qualitative outcomes and, additionally, in the training of younger and less experienced personnel
