General Assembly of Larnaca District Development Agency

The annual General Assembly of Larnaca District Development Agency took place on Saturday 6 April 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at the Environmental Information Center of the Mountainous Region of Larnaca.

The General Assembly dealt with:

• The President’s speech on the state of the Company
• The approval of Accounts for the year 2012
• Report on Cash Flow
• Briefing on the actions and programs implemented by the Company
• Discussion on various related issues
• The election of three members of the Board of Directors.

The new Board of Directors of the Company is composed of:

President: Mr Louis Koumenidis, President of the Community Council of Lefkara

Vice-President: Mr Andreas Louroutziatis, Mayor of Larnaca

Secretary: Mr Marios Alampritis, member of Community Council of Aradippou

Members: Mr Kypros Andronikou, Mayor of Dromolaksia-Meneou

Mr Othonas Theodoulou, President of the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Larnaca

Mr Damianos Michail, President of the Community Council of Skarinou

Mr Lazaros Pieris, President of the Community Council of Agios Theodoros

Mr Christodoulos Papachristou, President of the Community Council of Psematismenos

Mr Kyriakos Trisokkas, President of the Community Council of Liopetri.
